employees of the company working under an employment contract, employees working with a TIN, interns working during the probationary period or undergoing an internship program.<\/p><p>1.4 Occupational Safety and Health Rules (OHR) &#8211; a set of rules to ensure occupational safety.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li>Basic rules.<\/li><\/ol><p>2.1 Management, managers and employees must closely monitor the OHRs adopted in the Republic and outlined in these guidelines.<\/p><p>2.2 For fire safety &#8211; evacuation plan in case of fire, fire extinguisher and medical box must have appropriate bandage and fire medicine (cream). In the event of a fire, the Ministry of Emergent Situations (MES \u2013 FHN \u2013 in Azerbaijani) hotline must be contacted (112), and when the fire covers a small area, all employees and individuals in the office must use a fire extinguisher and fire water.<\/p><p>2.3 For the safety of rooms and offices &#8211; all appliances (air conditioners, computers, telephones, other devices) in the rooms must be turned off and removed from the electrical outlet, doors and windows must be closed. The electricity in the office must be turned off by a machine gun. Any equipment and electrical appliances (or gas stoves) that pose a fire hazard must be completely switched off and shut down. Therefore, the last person to leave the office during the day is responsible.<\/p><p>2.4 In case of palpitations, cardiac arrest &#8211; the employee should check the victim&#8217;s pulse, call 103 ambulance, if there is no defibrillator, extend the victim, clean the oral cavity from foreign elements, start open heart massage (squeeze the heart area 30 times in a row) )<\/p><p>2.5 During a power outage &#8211; Try to turn off the power supply, disconnect the power cord from the power supply, and then continue the process to help the person immediately. Any careless action can make you a victim of an accident, as the person being electrocuted and the surface are capable of conducting current.<\/p><p>A person who is electrocuted should be treated with caution. Make sure that the tip of one foot is on the ground without lifting the heel of the other, and walk with &#8220;gas steps&#8221;. A damaged wire can be dangerous even from a distance, especially if there is still voltage.<\/p><p>If it is not possible to turn off the electricity suddenly, stand on something that does not conduct electricity &#8211; it can be a wooden chair or board, a stack of dry newspapers, a book, a rubber mat, glass. Also, take another dielectric in your hand &#8211; a wooden or plastic floor board, a wooden chair, a rubber mat rolling into a tube &#8211; and try to keep the victim away from the source of tension. You need to call 103.<\/p><p>2.6 In case of bleeding &#8211; the bandage and bandage should be immediately squeezed over the wound. Remember that arterial bleeding is the most dangerous type of bleeding. Squeeze the bleeding site as much as possible and stretch the injured person in a relaxed position. 103 need to call an ambulance.<\/p><p>2.7 In case of cuts, fractures and other injuries, it is necessary to call the hotline 103 immediately and do not touch the injured person as much as possible.
